Privacy Policy
This policy explains what the Legacy M Online game (Android and iOS app) collects, what it is used for, and how to have it deleted.
What we collect
- Game account: the username and password you registered on our website, used to log in.
- Game data: your characters, items, levels, progress and in-game actions, stored on the game server.
- Chat: messages you send to other players pass through the server and may be recorded to handle rule violations.
- Connection data: IP address and login times, used against cheating and to keep accounts secure.
- Error reports: when the app crashes or an update fails, it sends a report to ran-legacy-m.com with the device make and model, OS version, app version, the error, and the app's recent log (which can include a character or map name).
What we do not collect
The app does not access location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone. There are no ads and no third-party tracking or analytics. There are no purchases inside the app.
How we use it
- To let you play and keep your progress.
- To prevent cheating and bots and keep accounts secure.
- To fix errors and improve the game.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent your data. Game update files are delivered through Cloudflare, which sees your IP address while downloading. We may disclose data when the law requires it.
Retention
Account and character data are kept while the account exists. Error reports are kept only as long as needed to fix the problem.
Deleting your account and data
Contact us at [email protected] or through the game's Facebook page with your username. After confirming you own the account, we delete the account, its characters and items within 30 days. Deletion cannot be undone.
Children
The game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes we update the date above and announce it in the game or on our page.
